Order Processing

• Tracking details shared via email/SMS after dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Other locations: 4–8 business days
• Remote areas: May take longer based on courier availability.

Shipping Charges

• Free standard delivery on orders above ₹500.
• For orders below ₹500, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the courier/service selected, destination, and parcel weight/volumetric weight. Charges are shown before payment.

Carriers

We partner with trusted courier services (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post). The actual carrier is auto-selected for best ETA and serviceability.

Address & Delivery Attempts

Ensure your address and PIN code are correct. Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before return-to-origin.
