Returns
- Return eligible items within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition.
- Non-returnable items (if any) will be clearly marked on the product page.
Replacements
Received a damaged/defective/incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email/SMS you.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping/handling fees are refundable only if the issue was on our side.
