Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from REDDKART. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Return eligible items within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition.
  • Non-returnable items (if any) will be clearly marked on the product page.

Replacements

Received a damaged/defective/incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email/SMS you.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping/handling fees are refundable only if the issue was on our side.

How to Request a Return

  2. We’ll share pickup/drop instructions and updates.

What if my tempered glass arrives broken?

Share unboxing photos/video within 48 hours. We’ll replace it free of cost.

When will I get my refund?

Within 3–5 business days after we inspect and approve your return.
